Refund policy
Returns
We currently accept returns only for defective or damaged items. All returns must be made within seven (7) days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags or packaging, and free from any signs of wear, use, or washing.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at team@moai.ph with your order details. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Moai is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.
Purchases made online can also be exchanged and returned at our physical store.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email and issue store credit or process your exchange. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for this process.
